How can I get an update on my order? If you'd like to see where your gear is in the process, please feel free to respond to your confirmation email. Rest assured, if you received a confirmation email with the subject line "Order #1234 Confirmed" that means that your order has been placed and will be processed in the order that it was received!
Shipping time: Our products are currently shipped out within 1 week from the date the order was placed. Occasionally it can take longer if we run out of a color, hardware, etc. but your order will ALWAYS be fulfilled if an order was placed, or you will hear from us directly and be refunded in full.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds? Yes, our products are fully refundable if they are unused and unaltered within 30 days. If you want a different size or color that will require a return, you will be charged $12.98 ($5.99 shipping both ways) and that will need to be paid before the shipping label is created
