How can I get an update on my order? If you'd like to see where your gear is in the process, please feel free to respond to your confirmation email. Rest assured, if you received a confirmation email with the subject line "Order #1234 Confirmed" that means that your order has been placed and will be processed in the order that it was received!
Shipping time: Our products are currently shipped out within 1 week from the date the order was placed. Occasionally it can take longer if we run out of a color, hardware, etc. but your order will ALWAYS be fulfilled if an order was placed, or you will hear from us directly and be refunded in full.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds? Evergreen Dog Co. products are handmade, custom to your order specifics. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unsure about our products or sizing prior to your order, please feel free to contact us (we won't bite!) at info@evergreendogco.comfor a quick response to your questions and further peace of mind.
What if the hardware breaks on my gear? All of our custom-made collars and leashes ARE covered under warranty for hardware defects (screws, rings & snaps) for up to one year. We stand behind our products and feel it's our job to ensure that you have full confidence in your purchase. If you have an issue with hardware during the covered timeframe, please let us know and we will send you new hardware OR rebuild at no cost to you. (Please note: chewing through hardware or BioThane cannot be covered.)
