WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT PROCESSING TIME?

That's how quick we try to be with processing, typically just 1-3 days before our handmade, waterproof dog collars and leashes are shipped.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We are proud to hand-craft all or our waterproof collars and leashes built with BioThane® right here in the USA!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we sell and ship to pups and their owners throughout the USA and Canada.

CAN YOU CUSTOM MAKE PRODUCTS TO SPECS/SIZES THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Many times, yes! If you need a waterproof dog collar or leash in a size that is not listed as available on our website please reach out to us at info@evergreendogco.com and let us know. If we can accommodate, we will!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Evergreen Dog Co. products are handmade, custom to your order specifics. Because these orders are built (with lots of PUP love) specifically to you and your specs, we do not offer refunds.
Because of this we highly recommend contacting us prior to your order IF you are unsure about our products or the sizing of your order. We are happy to walk through specifics in detail to help give you further peace of mind.
All of our custom-made collars and leashes ARE covered under warranty for hardware defects (screws, rings & snaps) for up to one year. We stand behind our products and feel it's our job to ensure that you have full confidence in your purchase. If you have an issue with hardware during the covered timeframe, please let us know and we will send you new hardware OR rebuild at no cost to you.
(Please note: BioThane is highly durable, but it is not indestructible and can punctured/cut/sliced by sharp objects such as, you guessed it, a pup's teeth. Therefore, slicking/cutting/chewing through hardware or BioThane cannot be covered.)
