That's how quick we try to be with processing, typically just 1-3 days before our handmade, waterproof dog collars and leashes are shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we sell and ship to pups and their owners throughout the United States.

CAN YOU CUSTOM MAKE PRODUCTS TO SPECS/SIZES THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Many times, yes! If you need a waterproof dog collar or leash in a size that is not listed as available on our website please reach out to us at info@evergreendogco.com and let us know. If we can accommodate, we will!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unused and unworn made-to-order BioThane® gear can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% custom production fee. Personalized or engraved gear is final sale. In some cases, we may also be able to modify your existing gear for a $10 modification fee plus shipping. Stocked goods and accessories can be returned unused and unworn within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise price.
