Leash Sizing:
Hardware:
You can choose between Gold hardware, Silver hardware or Matte Black hardware. Please note that the Matte Black will wear faster due to the finishing but can easily be touched up with an acrylic pen or permanent marker. Our gold hardware is made of plated brass and the black hardware is powder coated.
All of the screws we use for our products are Chicago Screws and are top-rated for quality and durability.
Attached Traffic Handles:
Attached traffic handles are an additional handle built into the side of the leash that is closest to the dog to be used as an easy way to walk them closely to you when passing other dogs on a busy trail or walking through a brewery/the city.
Our attached 9" traffic handle is our most popular style and is perfect for most dog and human pairs!

All of our products are proudly handmade in the USA from authentic BioThane! BioThane is cruelty-free, eco-friendly and is commonly used as a vegan alternative to leather.
The hardware that we use on our gear is best in class and truly built for the toughest of adventures. We use Trigger/Lobster snaps for our leashes (the safest on the market) and Chicago Screws instead of Rivets for maximum durability.
You can choose Gold (Brass) hardware, Silver or Matte Black. Please note that the Matte Black is more likely to chip and will wear faster due to the finishing. It can be touched up using an acrylic pen or permanent marker.

Evergreen Dog Co. products are handmade, custom to your order specifics. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unsure about our products or sizing prior to your order, please feel free to contact us (we won't bite!) at info@evergreendogco.com for a quick response to your questions and further peace of mind.
All of our custom-made collars and leashes ARE covered under warranty for hardware defects (screws, rings & snaps) for up to one year. We stand behind our products and feel it's our job to ensure that you have full confidence in your purchase. If you have an issue with hardware during the covered timeframe, please let us know and we will send you new hardware OR rebuild at no cost to you.
(Please note: chewing through hardware or BioThane cannot be covered.)

All of our collars are hand crafted, so we highly recommend providing your dog's current collar size (measured from the buckle to the end) in the comment box for maximum style and fit!
Small
• Fits necks 8" - 13"
• 3/4" wide
(Most typical for Yorkies, Dachshunds, Chihuahuas, Silkens, Frenchies, etc.)
Medium
• Fits necks 14" - 18"
• 1" wide
(Most Labs, Beagles, Border Collies, Australian Shepherds, etc.)
Large
• Fits necks 17" - 22"

Our products are extremely easy to clean, which is one major reason why pup parents love them!
Hand-wash BioThane material with mild soap and water. Dry with a soft cloth to maintain the longevity of your new collar or leash.
Regular polishing of the hardware will minimize tarnishing (patina). While BioThane is incredibly versatile and repels MOST of the dirt and grime it comes across, please note that it is not completely stain-proof in all circumstances.
Evergreen Dog Co products are crafted with Chicago Screws which are the strongest the market offers but do need to be checked on occasion. These screws are LOCTITE'd in (superglued) but can potentially untwist over time. If you notice a screw is coming loose, be sure to tighten it up before your next journey!

And remember, BioThane is an extremely durable material ... but it is not chew proof. So all you pups out there, chew your toys ... not your leashes!
